The TD Five Boro Bike Tour is the largest cycling event in the United States. On Sunday May 4, 2025, 30,000 participants will once again ride on a 40-mile course throughout New York City’s five boroughs – car-free! For one day, the roads are yours, the bridges are yours, the city is yours – there’s no better way to experience NYC!

Liver Life Challenge is the American Liver Foundation’s (ALF) official endurance program, where dedicated athletes from across the country use their passion and commitment to go the extra mile for the liver community.
Funds raised through Liver Life Challenge benefit the 100 million Americans affected by liver disease through resources, education and support services and help advance our advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill and liver disease research.
