About 2027 Double TCS London Marathon
The 2027 Liver Life Challenge London Marathon team applications are available for submission. Priority will be given to participants that apply before September 1, 2026. As one of the World Marathon Majors, the TCS London Marathon is a bucket-list race for elite athletes and everyday runners alike. Join the Liver Life Challenge team for an unforgettable 26.2-mile journey from Greenwich to Westminster, surrounded by the iconic sights, sounds, and energy of London on Marathon Day.
For the first time, the TCS London Marathon will take place over two days. Please note that Team ALF entries are for the Saturday marathon only.

Liver Life Challenge is the American Liver Foundation’s (ALF) official endurance program, where dedicated athletes from across the country use their passion and commitment to go the extra mile for the liver community.
Funds raised through Liver Life Challenge benefit the 100 million Americans affected by liver disease through resources, education and support services and help advance our advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill and liver disease research.
